The students of this school are hard working and dedicated learners that get excited about the knowledge that they are given. Our school is a STEAM school and hands-on learning is our primary goal, however resources are not always readily available at all times. This is why it is important to allow these learners the opportunity to have 21st Century technology to learn with and the resources that will allow them to manipulate to make the learning meaningful. The students are energetic and when they are given the right project, they will take these learning skills of collaboration, communication, creation and bring the project to life. Students at this school receive free and reduced price lunch and are primarily second language learners. Without help, these students would not be able to experience these supplies on their own.
