My students are a co-ed group composed of Hispanic and African American descent. These students fall under the umbrella of diverse learners. They are energetic middle school tweens with a wide range of interests and talents. This diverse group is eager to learn and resilient. The items selected, with your support will aid my students' accessibility to tools that will enhance their education. The books selected I hope will inspire my students to continue reading with their families at home. Providing positive resources for academic productivity in the home. Children are taught how to read at school, but "The real joy of reading is nurtured in the home."
