My students are awesome middle school children. They live in an urban area of economic challenges. Their school is a school of the fine arts and is dedicated to developing students into life long learners. They attend a school where 3 out of 5 students have a family member (cousin, uncle, aunt, mom, dad, etc.) that has attended their middle school. Their school is a stepping stone in the community, and because of this, our students see the same hallways and walls from many years passed.
