My students often come to school without having breakfast in the morning and often times complain about stomach aches! It’s been my policy to give them a snack before the stomach ache concerns even arise! Each student that walks into my classroom becomes part of my heart and I can’t imagine one of them being hungry under my care! Once they have had their snack we can move on to the business of learning because their focus can be on learning and not their little bellies being hungry! A simple act makes all the difference in their success as a student!
