Students were at home last year. Although I was able to encourage many hands-on activities, many were still very dependent on what we could do on Zoom. We had scavenger hunts at home, created materials from household objects, and used pictures and slides to encourage learning. As we come back to the classroom, I want students to have many opportunities to use their hands and interact with language in as many ways as possible. I'm also trying to find ways to bring what I learned online to the classroom!
