We are an "alternative High School". Many of our kids have been through more heart ache than any one person can bear. For most of them Jefferson High School is the only place they can come to feel safety and the promise of a better life. Because of growing class sizes and a poor economy, our district lost millions in funding this year. We service a population that is 95% Hispanic and 96% on free and reduced lunch. We strive to serve the individual needs of each student- no matter their history, successes or failures.

About my class
