My students attend a small public school in rural Connecticut. Like most fifth-graders, my students are naturally curious, but many of them do not have consistent academic support from home. Most of our student body qualifies for free/reduced lunch, and we have a very high special education population. My goal is to provide these wonderful children with learning experiences that not only enrich their lives, but will also prepare them with a strong academic foundation that will carry them into the future.

About my class
