Our prekindergarten class is a blend of children who may be at risk and those with special needs. For some this is their first school experience. We are a Spanish speaking class in Illinois, 30 total students. At this time we are housed in a building that is very old, but are excited to be moving into our new school next school year. Although we are awaiting a new building, our funding has taken a big cut. We are operating on bare bones, watching every dime. Although it has not happened this year, if cuts continue next year we will lose a classroom. Our principal has encouraged us to be resourceful, so here we are. Nos pueden ayudar?
