The students at Western Heights Middle School in Oklahoma rarely have the opportunity to enter a science lab, let alone dissect something. Simply talking about the possibility of dissecting something can completely change their attitudes and energy level when it comes to science. Because the students that attend Western Heights don't always have the inspiration or means to buy something that can be educational, the teachers that care about their future must take the steps to do so. These kids are clever, witty, and energetic young people and I want to give them the opportunity to do something that will excite them about school and science.
