Books are a vital tool in lifting our students up and building communities of tolerance and understanding. Many of my students do not have access to their own books and depend upon the robust inventory of my own personal library. My middle school classroom library needs to be a place where students can find diverse characters and stories that reflect who they are as well as those classmates around them. Please consider donating to help fill my classroom with books full of characters who portray the many cultures and backgrounds that my students come from.
