My 26 adorable first graders attend lower income school located in the heart of Mesa, Arizona. Each day these students come to school ready to learn in a warm and caring classroom, but sometimes our instruction time is taking away when several of the students don't have the required materials necessary for the assignments. Learning to share is an important skill that all my students have learned, but I look forward to a day when I don't have to say, "Who has a crayon that Johnny can use?"
