Recently my current school became a "Title I" school, which means we have over 50% free and reduced lunch. The area in which my school exists is a wonderful community-based area and my students are WONDERFUL!! My students absolutely LOVE reading and hearing others read to them. Most of my students are not blessed enough to have a lot of reading material at home. It is a joy to watch their faces light up when they read a NEW book! It is my desire to increase the amount of reading material in my classroom, because the "volume of reading is the key success."

About my class
