All I have to say is that with middle school boys and girls you get an instant visual of who they are. What you don't see is the struggles they go through just to get to school in the morning. My school does a lot with very limited resources. We are a Title 1 school, most of our students are living in poverty, but we still hold them to high levels of expectations. My students are determined, willing to overcome their challenges, and never give up. I believe that it is my duty to ensure that students have as many experiences as possible. Without help from donors like you, my students would never get to do what they do.
