ART IS FUNDAMENTAL TO DEVELOPING THE "WHOLE" CHILD. Self-Discovery is the key to becoming a better person. This is something I want to instill into my art students. I would like them to see the connections between their emotions and art. I am an elementary art teacher that teaches over 600 students. I know I need to reach my students and give them experiences and knowledge that will inspire them to know who they are and go above and beyond in their lives. Our school has so much spirit and is full of children ready to learn. Many of them are very artistic and exude so much creativity and imagination.
