I teach first grade in a public school in Chicago, Illinois. My students are kind, hardworking, curious, and always looking for a challenge. We are constantly working together to create learning songs, dances, and activities to make learning an interactive and fun experience. Throughout the day, I have the children engage in center activities where they students participate in a variety of independent or small group activities that help reinforce and challenge their knowledge.
