I am a kindergarten teacher in a public school in St. Louis, Missouri. I teach children in an urban, poverty stricken school district during their most formative and important learning stages. My students are adorable, friendly, and excited to begin their journey in school. I am very passionate about ensuring that they are receiving a high quality education in a secure, loving, and accepting environment, and that this first experience with school is a positive one. My students often come from stressful home situations, but look forward each day to the love, safety, and sense of belonging that our classroom provides them.
