Having iPads to use would make a world of difference in our classroom. We struggle with limited and outdated technology. Having iPads would make an amazing difference for my curious and creative students. The students will have technology in their hands, where they can research up close and get excited when working on our Project Based Learning activities. The children would be so excited to locate information and find pictures and diagrams to help them plan their hands on projects. The children could use the iPads to take pictures of their projects and use the gathered information and pictures to share their projects with other classes and grade levels. Through your generous donations, my students will have an opportunity to create well researched, hands on projects, while taking pride in their work and staying actively involved in the learning process. Not only will the iPads create amazing learning opportunities in our Project Based Learning activities, the iPads will also provide engaging work in math and literacy areas. Students will be able to practice on their individual levels, their iPad activities will be differentiated, and they will keep the children excited to learn through technology. Most importantly, the children will be able to learn at a pace that is just right for them.
