My students are a fantastic, energetic group of children who love to come to school! Being that they attend a school for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing, they are surrounded by peers (and adults) who are just like them. With that support, they love diving into the world of learning everyday! Unfortunately, my students struggle in the areas of reading, writing, and language arts. This is in large part due to their deafness and lack of exposure to language in their everyday life. It is my goal to utilize resources available to me to be able to promote and provide my students with exposure to the world of Reading and Language Arts!

About my class
