As a kindergarten teacher I want to provide as many hands on experiences for the students in my classroom to build connections in their brains that last a lifetime. Our school is very eco-centered. We recycle, compost uneaten food from lunch, and collect rain water in large barrels for watering. The students at our school come with a variety of life experiences. I am honored to be their kindergarten teacher and begin the lifelong learning experience with them.
