Our school is in a small but fast growing community with strong family ties and traditions. The school is a rural community near a major military base creating an unusual mix of learners consisting of steady local children mixed with military dependent children who have often been to multiple school programs around the world. All students both local and visiting should be proud of their school campus and work together to maintain and improve the appearance when possible. Students involved in school grounds improvement projects are more likely to maintain the grounds and encourage others to be responsible for the campus as well. With this project, students will learn the value of aesthetic renewal and work collaboratively to maintain our school grounds.

About my class
