My students are very dedicated to their education. They enjoy learning about the world around them and improving all academic area skills. My school is a Math/Science Academy. Funding is hard to come by for supplemental materials to use. Focus on resources seem to go to ELA and Math, yet Social Studies teachers are to implement and teach ELA/Writing skills in their content area. I feel my students can achieve academic growth with Junior Scholastic being incorporated into the curriculum as a supplement resource.
