The students in my room are as varied as the stars. Few live in homes with two professional parents while others live in broken homes with one parent, grandparents or foster care. Of these few have jobs that support their families. Many of my students come with out supplies and what they are able to bring is used. My want is to level the playing field and provide and environment that supports learning by having them all sit at tables and providing them with a special place for all of their own belongings.
