I teach Kindergarten in West Virginia. My class is filled with a group of very active and engaged learners. They are always willing to explore new and difficult topics and materials. The students and I work together as a true team. Every member in our classroom including myself act both as teacher and student. I encourage all my students to take personal responsibility for not only their choices but also their own learning and education. Following this belief we often use the students topics and interests to guide themes and units.

About my class
