My classroom is shared five days, most weeks, with the most wonderful group of individuals ever created. I may be a bit bias, but this group of special needs students have enriched my life in so many ways. My students come to school regularly and are eager to learn and want skills to be successful after high school. Together we actively learn academic and functional skills that will improve and enrich their future and quality of life. With the help of many great general education teachers, most of my students are able to participate in general education electives, first with extra support and then independently. Through hard work and the help of many donated resources, by their Junior year most are able to take on the job training classes. By their Senior year many are able to go off campus to work at Elementary schools and various businesses in our area.
