My students are from diverse ethnic backgrounds and have low socioeconomic status. 80% of our entire student body is on free or reduced price lunch. Over 90% are from ethnic minority groups. We are a small, country school located on the island of Oahu. My students are simple kids, they enjoy getting outside and playing, being with family and friends, going to the beach, and are passionate about learning.
