This is a ELL class. Our school is a Title-One public school. Students tend to experience problems with literacy because they do not have materials at home to practice skills. Students need reinforcement daily. They tend to enjoy learning by playing games and using technology. My students are aware of their need to continually revisit skills. Their favorite subject is reading. The spend a great deal of time exploring stories in the classroom library. They enjoy discussing books. Their literacy skills are improving daily.

About my class
