My students range in ages from 9-12, and they have all had a traumatic past. They are from foster homes and are currently residents of a Therapeutic Crisis Institution. They have a host of emotional and health issues. By reason of the many transitions most of these children have experienced, they are functioning below grade level. Understandably, motivating them is a daunting task for a teacher. Technology is the most rewarding and exciting part of their day.
