Everyday I strive to differentiate instruction. Using centers has helped provide the necessary time to meet with all of my student groups. During literacy this year I have been striving to incorporate more non-fiction texts, magazines and online tools for my students. Creating a quiet, comfortable space for independent center time will enhance learning. I will be utilizing the headphones, cozy seating and scholastic news magazines everyday. The students will be exposed to non-fiction current passages that will develop their thirst for current events. Working in a primary classroom I strive to inspire awareness and independent thinkers. Scholastic news is a great resource!
