Please check out my DonorsChoose.org page and projects and consider giving to it! Even a little bit helps this very worthy cause. I teach an amazing community of young learners. Many have never had an formal preschool experience. Others arrive with a year or two of preschool behind them. This difference in background knowledge requires me to use every resource I have to ensure equity in education. Our class is made up of students from a rural community. They are from a variety of cultural backgrounds, and some are English Language Learners. My class has several medically fragile children, as well as other special needs. Their socioeconomic status varies widely as well, so this creates even more need for equity. These children inspire me every day. I hope you'll consider giving to our classroom.
