My students are very hard working 3rd graders who accept each challenge that I place in front of them. Our public school has over 800 students and our class is one of 7 3rd grade classrooms. My classroom is made up of a large variety of academic abilities. Each of my students know that I believe in them and know that they will all succeed. The variety of abilities in my classroom makes it a challenge to meet them each where they are at academically. Small group instruction allows us to strive ahead and increase understanding for everyone. All of my 3rd graders love the opportunity to experiment with technology. We have a SMART board that they love being able to interact with.
