Kindergarten is a time for lots of "hands-on" play with friends. The changes in our class this year, with social distancing, will make this a challenge for students and teachers alike! My plan is to provide materials for free exploration and sharing in brain bins. Reading and math are the two most important skills in a kindergarten class. With the materials I am requesting, the students will be able to work with manipulatives and create connections to enhance their learning. And of course safety is so important this year! Each child will need individual items so as not to spread germs.
