My students are highly motivated and enjoy using higher order thinking skills. However, I have a very diverse group. Some are very artistic, while others are very intellectual. This can create distance between the students and unfortunately, some students have fallen victim to bullying at school. It is imperative that we end these incidents so that every child can feel safe. It is important to show students that even though we have different interests, one set of interests is not more or less important than the other.
