These inner-city students enter Biology with varying levels of science knowledge and varying levels of organizational skills. Last year, many students started the year with the question, "What does biology have to do with me?" or "Why are we learning this stuff?" By the end of the year, students were excited to have learned about their bodies, fellow organisms and the environment, as well as how to stay organized, study strategies, and the expectation that they can find the answers to their questions!

About my class
