Phyllis Miller Elementary is a Montessori Magnet Pre-K-5 program that aims to foster competent, responsible, adaptive citizens who are lifelong learners and problem solvers. Classroom learning occurs in an inquiring and cooperative way. I teach two groups of 5th grade student, Reading and Language Arts. I serve general education students as well as students with exceptionalities. It is my goal that all my students' academic and social emotional needs are met every day to ensure that each student is able to thrive and succeed up to his/her full potential.
