The school district I teach in is a middle class suburb in Northeast Ohio that has a great mix of ethnicities and cultural backgrounds. My students are middle school age and if you know this age level, you know they love to play and be active. They are always ready to learn a new game or sport skill whether it is basketball, soccer, baseball and many others. These kids never get to use new equipment or get a piece of equipment to use themselves without having to share in our physical education class. It's hard to get equipment when the school district has been in financial trouble for a while and are trying to work our way out.
