Technology is a powerful tool in the 21st century. Being able to more fully utilize technology in our classroom will allow for improved student-centered learning for our diverse student population. Technology is a way to increase student agency--- giving students power to determine how they learn best, what motivates them, and allows them to work on goal-setting. Having Chromebooks available gives students the ability to lead their learning. Students will be able to use and create documents, give and receive feedback, set goals, and manage their level of achievement. By donating to our project, you will not only help increase the use of technology in our ELA (English Language Arts) classroom, you will ultimately help to increase student achievement.
