My students are very diverse and have many different needs educationally and emotionally. While most of our school has access to Chromebooks and iPads, ours is one of the few grade levels that doesn't yet. The goal of adding four Dell Chromebooks for our classroom is to promote the integration of technology into their learning. By using digital tools like Google Classroom and Screencastify, the students can demonstrate their knowledge of a variety of concepts. Screencasting is a very powerful tool in developing oral vocabulary, which is a vital goal in a TK classroom, and will help my English Learners immensely. These laptops will make a definite impact on my students.
