These baskets will directly aid our instruction and game play. We will be using them for practice, for playing rounds, and for inside and outside use. These baskets are foldable and ideal for the activities we have planned. Disc Golf is a lifetime sport; meaning most people who play continue to play as they age. Our students have a distinct advantage in that this area is rich with disc golf courses, so exposing them to the rules and skills needed to play the game will only increase the chances they pick up the activity outside of school. Another great reason these baskets would be great is they help serve as functional piece to possibly using our outdoor space to explore building our own on-site course. Their portability would allow us to try out ideas for basket locations, and in short allowing us to see what works and what doesn't for course design.
