My students come from a low income moderate poverty area from a city in the state of New Hampshire. Some students do not have proper guidance in their houses and do not know the importance of following rules in a classroom, especially in a chemistry classroom involving labs. The students are highly motivated to perform labs and want to learn from it. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to make sure they are able to perform the labs and learn from them in the safest way possible. The lab safety video will be more visual for the students to learn and remember.
