We are a K-8th grade charter school in North Carolina. We utilize the integration of the arts (visual, dance, music, theater, and technology) across-the-curricula in order to increase understanding and comprehension of the core curricula (language, social studies, math, and science.) We have grown in the last 11 years from a student population of 90 to over 360 students, with waiting lists in every grade level. We are a 2010 School of Distinction, and we have over a 50% poverty rate in or student population.
