My students are very friendly, energetic 3rd graders who love to be exposed to new information. They enjoy reading about all subjects but generally prefer science. My students attend an urban school which sometimes lacks even the basic resources, such as paper towels, tissues and copy paper. Although they do have access to a computer in the classroom, it is in a set location at the far side of the room due to the placing of the wiring. This makes it awkward and difficult to share images with students which could assist them in their exposure to, and comprehension of, different topics.
