By going through the National Board Certification process, I will learn to better reflect on my teaching practices through writing about my instructional lessons and how I presented the instruction and differentiated the lessons so that each student will have equitable access to the curriculum. As part of the process, through those reflections I will become more insightful about what part(s) of the lesson worked or didn't work for my students and how to improve my approach to teaching. My students deserve to receive the very best instruction from me.
