During the pandemic, everyone has been stressed and overwhelmed with feelings and emotions. In September, I would like to give each student their own "calming kit" so they can place all the necessary coping tools they need inside for when upset, angry or nervous. The kit can be used in school or at home. As the counselor, I will work which each student to see what they want/need to put in their calming box. This is a great way for the students to have the necessary tools at their fingertips whenever they need.
