I am a Kindergarten teacher at a Title 1 Elementary school. We are in a high-need community, and half of my students are enrolled in the after-school program, which means they are in school from 7:30 - 5:00 or 6:00 P.M. (They are only 6 years old.) Our school does not provide aides in our classrooms. We are a Program Improvement School.
