I am the art teacher in an amazing school filled with artists. I have 350 students, grades K - 5. We are a city school with a diverse population. We have students from all over the world in our ELL program who add a great richness to our school character. Art is an important part of my students' daily lives, and as their art teacher, I strive to bring them the widest range of art opportunities that I can. I love to create interest in new artists and media and to transform my students' understanding of the world around them.
