My students are enthusiastic learners from the Southwest. They come from homes where other languages are spoken and often need examples, and realia to support learning in the classroom. The students that attend our public school come from a high poverty area. Some of the students get on the bus as early as 6:00 a.m. in order to be at the school by 7:30 a.m. They want to learn and have great aspirations.

About my class
