Our students are changing the educational paradigm everyday. Our school is an outdoor, project based learning academy. Our students are made up of middle and high school students (7th – 12th) who are encouraged to create science related projects within three academic disciplines. The three subject areas are marine science, malama aina (care of the land), and alternative energy. Our outdoor campus houses many of our student science projects that are land and energy related. The main learning objectives that are met include mastery of the scientific method, experimental design, scientific investigation methods, and data/statistical analysis. The tools donated would be utilized to meet these learning objectives for every grade level.
