My students are mostly English Language Learners. Our school is a school that is on the rise and our students continue to achieve despite their socio-economic challenges. Ninety-five percent are on a "free breakfast and lunch" program. They are intelligent, talented, but often a little shy. I'd love to add more media arts into their education. Technology excites them to try their best and take risks. In a time of non-dynamic standardized testing, giving students a more exciting platform to share what they are learning would be so motivating for them and refreshing for me as a teacher.
