We are a program for students grades K-10 with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities. All of my students have some sort of Individualized Education Plan. Many come from poverty and have difficult home lives, but they continue to come to school willing to learn! My students benefit from learning a lesson in a variety of ways. Most days in our room include movement, performance, games, writing and listening. The needs of my students demand the variety of experiences so that they may achieve their highest potential in music!
