When I was in middle school in the 1980s, truly good YA books were hard to find. Today's kids are so fortunate; a plethora of appealing, relevant YA titles are out there: we just have to get them in the hands of our students. With your thoughtful donation to our in-class reading library, you are helping to build and grow my students' reading lives! I will be able to enter Reading Workshop Conferences with titles in hand to recommend and students can start reading right away! By giving my students more successful reading experiences, they will gain confidence and grow into lifelong readers. Thanks!
